In-House Machining

After casting, parts typically need to be machined in order to meet the specifications of their design and ensure the part is in compliance and ready to use. Most casting companies do not provide machining services, which means parts must be sent to another facility for machining. This second step adds additional costs, and extends the timeline for the completion of a project.

Bimac’s in-house machining capabilities and tool and die facility allow us to provide our clients with completely machined parts that are in full compliance with ISO 9001.2008. Clients do not have to go to a secondary machining shop for a machined part, which saves them both time and money. Contact us for more information.
